How to prepare 'Oblayo' porridge

Ingredients:

  • Dried corn kernel
  • sugar
  • salt

Method:

  • Carefully remove all unwanted particles from the kernel
  • Wash the kernel twice

  • Boil the kernel until the corn is very soft to chew.
  • Add a pinch of salt to taste
  • Add sugar
  • Serve with milk or groundnut
