Ingredients

  •  1 banana
  • 1 cup (250 grams) plain yogurt
  • ¼ t0 ½ cup (60 to 120 milliliters) orange juice
  • ½ cup (cc grams) blueberries
  • 4 large strawberries, stems removed
  • 1 teaspoon (5 grams) agave nectar (optional)
  • 5 to 8 ice cubes
