According to statistics, 2015 saw a huge surge in international travel in recent times, and if indications are anything to go by, 2016 could continue on this same track.

In view of all this travelling, London-based market intelligence firm, Euromonitor International, which produces current market data and market forecasts, released its annual Top City Destinations Ranking.

The ranking is based on the number of international tourist arrivals.
