2 large Tilapia

5 Garden eggs

6 Tomatoes

2 Onions

10 peppers

Method

Wash the tilapia and sprinkle a level teaspoonful of salt over the tilapia. Leave it to marinate.

Cut the stalk of the garden eggs. Remove the stalks of the tomatoes and pepper. Slice garden eggs in half, lengthwise. Peel the onions. Wash all vegetables and boil them.

Check after 5-10 minutes and blend until smooth.

Season tilapia with spices, blended onions, ginger, garlic and allow to cook over medium heat.

Pour in blended vegetables after 5-10 minutes and add water to the soup depending on the thickness you want.

Add tomatoes paste and stir soup carefully.

Lower the heat and allow to cook.

Serve with fufu
