Quick Recipe How to prepare Vegetable noodles

Vegetable noodles


  • Noodles

  • Chopped veggies (carrots, peas, beans, spring onions, cauliflower, bell pepper)

  • Soya sauce or any spice powder that comes with noodles

  • Olive oil

  • Chili sauce (optional)

  • Vinegar (optional)



  1. Bring  cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

  2. Add noodles and cook till al dente. Drain off in a colander. Rinse them well to remove starch. Add little oil and mix the noodles to prevent becoming sticky.

  3. Heat a wide wok with oil.

  4. Add the chopped veggies except spring onions, drizzle some salt and fry till they are almost cooked but crunchy.

  5. Add sauces and vinegar.

  6. When it begins to bubble add the noodles and spring onions

  7. Mix well and fry vegetable noodles on high for 2 to 3 minutes keep tossing. if it looks sticky , can just drizzle some extra oil.
