Ingredients

  1. Beans, cowpea

  2. Salt petre

  3. Cola leaves

Method

  1. Mill the beans into a smooth flour.

  2. Mix the beans flour with water to form a paste.

  3. Add small amount of salt petre and mix.

  4. Scoop some of the paste unto the cleaned cola leaves and wrap them.

  5. Boiled the wrapped beans until its well cooked.

  6. Serve with hot pepper, stew or soup.
