Ingredients

  • Gari
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Raisin or any dried fruit
  • Egg

Method

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

 

  • Allow to settle for 5-10 minutes for gari to rise.
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of cooking oil in pan.
  • Pour one large scoop of the mixture into the oil.
  • Using your spatula turn over the pancake when it turns golden brown.

 

  • Serve with any smoothie.
