25pcs Okro ( blended or grated)
2 Scotch bonnet (chopped)
Stock fish, Shawa, smoked fish
3 tbsp K's Cuisine Ground Crayfish
1/2 teaspoon K's Cuisine Cameroon Pepper
1 Tbsp ground pepper
2 stock cubes
1/4 cup palmoil
1/4 cup locust beans
Vegetable (kale, spinach or any of choice)
1 cup water
Add water, assorted meat, smoked fish, stock fish, scotch bonnet, salt, stock cubes and palmoil in a pot and leave to boil for 10 minutes.
Add K's Cuisine Ground Crayfish, Cameroon pepper, ground pepper and locust beans. Cover pot and leave to cook for another 5 minutes.
Add in the chopped Okro and vegetable, check for salt and seasoning and adjust accordingly * Don't cover the pot after okro goes.
Once the soup starts to bubble take off heat (Okro and vegetable cook with retained heat so it's important to not overcook).
Enjoy Okro soup on it's own or with any swallow of choice
