In her latest Instagram video, celebrity dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-tackles an epidermoid cyst so gnarly, it almost makes one of her teammates swear on camera. First, Lee squeezes the area around the incision, releasing a thick stream of off-white gunk. Then, she uses her scissors to clip out the sac that once contained the cyst. It's truly something to behold.
The Epidermoid Cyst in Dr. Pimple Popper's New Instagram Video Looks a Lot Like Mashed Potatoes
Another Dr. Pimple Popper video, another delicious food ruined for me forever-this time, in the form of a cyst that looks disturbingly like a fountain of mashed potatoes. Sorry if you were really looking forward to Thanksgiving.
"When the POP is so good that you swear a little..." Lee wrote in the caption of the video, which had raked in nearly 80,000 views within an hour of posting.
"I like when she pops the cyst but the ultimate relief is when she removes the sac," one fan wrote in the comments. "I love every process "
Another viewer perfectly summed many people's love-hate relationship with pimple-popping video: "Why do I look at this??? I swear my mouth starts to water like Im gonna vomit, but I cant look away."

What is an epidermoid cyst?
Your body typically sheds the cells on the outer layer of your skin, but sometimes, those cells work their way deeper and continue to multiply-forming an epidermoid cyst. According to the Mayo Clinic , these cysts are benign and often appear on the face, neck, and trunk. Only some epidermoid cysts require professional removal.
