In a new Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) tackles a massive cheek cyst. The cyst looks like it's the size of a golf ball before the dermatologist goes to work on it. You won't believe how much gunk the cyst contains.

Dr. Pimple Popper's cyst extraction videos are always pretty graphic, but dear lord, this one is going to be tough to un-see.

In a new Instagram video posted Thursday, dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee, MD (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) slices into a massive cheek cyst filled with mountains-MOUNTAINS, I tell you-of gunk. Just when you think there can't be any more inside, Dr. Pimple Popper proves you wrong.

The video starts with the cyst already oozing off-white pus, but don't worry, you haven't missed anything yet. Lee keeps squeezing...and my goodness, the pus keeps coming! Now we understand why the patient's cyst was the size of a golf ball before Lee went to work on him.

"YUCK!! I wasnt prepared for that," one viewer wrote in the comments. We understand completely.

One commenter compared the cyst to ricotta cheese, which is super smart and accurate. Another person said it looked like cream cheese frosting.
