In a new Youtube video, aka, dermatologist and removes a large 14-year-old from a patients upper back. Upon removal, Dr. Lee calls the lipoma a booty because of its two lobes and peach-like appearance.

A lipoma is a made up of fat tissue, according to The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. The growths are often painless and commonly grow on the upper back area, as with the patient in this video. , wedging the lobes between in-place bodily structures, which can make removal difficult.

To begin the procedure on this patients stubborn lipoma, Dr. Lee numbs the area with local anesthesia before cutting through the thick skin of the upper back to reach the growth. After using a tool to cauterize any bleeding, Dr. Lee then uses her finger to loosen up the lipoma from its home. The process takes several minutes, with Dr. Pimple Popper commenting on how the fatty growth is wedged in extra tight.

Once loosened from the fibers connecting the mass to the upper back, Dr. Pimple Popper is able to with a satisfying pop. She then expertly stitches up the patient, who leaves her extra booty behind, thanks to the skills of Dr. Lee.
