Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze Out an Arm Cyst in a Satisfying New Instagram Video

In a new Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-performs a very satisfying cyst extraction. She uses a coring device to cut into the cyst. She squeezes out the substantial contents of the cyst, then snips out the sac without any trouble.

If there were a pimple-popping hall of fame that honored the world's most satisfying pops, I'd nominate Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video for sure.

"This POPhas something for everyone! Soft pop, Hard pop, #yesplease ," Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-Lee promised the caption, and yes, reader, she delivered.

In an Instagram video posted Tuesday, Lee uses her incredible coring tool again to punch out a perfectly circular hole over a cyst on a patient's arm. The pay-off is fast and furious: As she pulls the tool away, it pulls a thick cylinder of yellowish pus with it. And so the games begin.

From there, Lee squeezes the hole, unleashing a shockingly long, delightfully chunky spiral of gunk. As with many of Lee's cyst removal videos, you'll find yourself trying to wrap your head around exactly how all that pus was hiding in there!

Eventually, it's time to snap out the sac. While the sac removal often gets a little messy, this one comes out clean as can be. With just a few tugs of the tweezers and snips of the scissors, the thing pops right out in one piece. Glorious!
