This date is between between IFA, the giant consumer electronics show in Berlin, and Apple's event, which will be held on September 9.

The new Moto 360 smartwatch is expected to come in at least two models: a new larger edition, the 360L, and a smaller one, the 360S, which may stand for "Sport."

Business Insider reports that images of both models have leaked showing similar ideas to the Moto 360 with a "flat tire" display cutting the bottom off an otherwise round design.

There has been much speculation about which of the rumored models will be unveiled at the September 8 event with a suggestion that the 360 Sport may not even be available until November.
