Mornings- Do not engage in conversation, try to have morning sex or snuggle, tired people hate everyone and everything at this time.

Week nights are a right off- All they want to do is get home and veg out for the night. They have no energy to go out anywhere or do anything other than this so don't even ask.

They live for the weekends- When they can lie in for ours beyond their alarm and catch up on their sleep.

They like to watch TV in bed- Not downstairs in the living room. They prefer to be in bed so if sleepiness takes over they can simply click off the screen and go with it.

If they yawn while you're talking- They're not bored of your conversation- yawning is one of their most dominant facial expressions.

If you ask them how they are- They will always answer with 'I'm tired'- they know no other state of being.

Gifts are easy- Anything bed related is always a winner- a new pillow, throw rug or pyjamas will always get used because they spend most of their time snuggled in a horizontal position.

They enjoy sex before bed- They are more often than not in the perfect place to initiate sex, so as long as you do so before they get too sleepy, you can expect intimacy on a regular basis.

They hate light- They like their bedroom to be free of light at night so they can have the most restful and undisturbed sleep possible. Don't play on your phone or I pad after they announce they're getting their head down.

The sexiest thing you can say to them is- 'Lets have an early night tonight' or 'we have nothing to get up early for tomorrow.'
