Meet Princess Umul Hatiyya Ibrahim Mahama

TEDxAccra 2015 will take place on April 11 at the National Theatre from 7am to 7pm. It is expected to be the biggest TEDx event in Ghana to date. The theme for this year is “The Next Chapter”.

Princess Umul Hatiyya Ibrahim Mahamais a writer, trainer, entrepreneur, world traveler and philanthropist. Princess has a background in Real Estate, Finance, Project Management and Design. She has a passion to inspire and challenge others to defy the status quo and live their dreams. Due to this passion, drive and tremendous courage, Princess featured in the 2014 edition of "100 People Doing Extraordinary Things List' by ndoherty.com. Princess is also a modern ‘Marco Polo’. She is currently on a mission to visit every country in the world. To date she has been to 36 countries on 5 continents, scaling the Great Wall of China, attempting fear defying stunts like bungee jumping in New Zealand among many other adventures. Princess is the author of the bestselling book The Mad Duck. She founded the PUH Foundation, an educational charity with a focus on building a first-class Africa, one classroom at a time. Princess also cycles and runs marathons for charity.
