Monster smoothie for kids
Catch them young and keep them healthy by serving your kids this Monster Smoothie.
Ingredients
1 pear
1 kiwi
1/2 avocado
Handful of baby spinach
Directions
Wash produce well.
Peel kiwi and remove skin of avocado.
Place the ingredients with some ice into a blender and blend.
Serve and enjoy.
In the absence of some of these ingredients, you can substitute them with this.
Pear – apple, banana
Kiwi – apple, berries
Avocado – banana
Spinach – any leafy green vegetable
