90 Day Fiance star Anfisa Nava is counting down to a very exciting goal: her very first bikini competition. She's been documenting the journey (and her very toned abs) on Instagram.
Anfisa says it all started with a few small changes: "I just reduced my portion size and started doing cardio too," she told E! News. "I was doing the elliptical or the treadmill five or six times a week for 30-40 minutes."
Anfisa wanted to lose weight she gained after moving from Russia to the U.S. "I wasn't in a rush," she told E! News . "In the beginning, I was 146 pounds and now I'm about 120."
When she started seeing results, Anfisa dreamed up bigger goals. "And ONE DAY I want to take it on a higher level and compete in NPC bikini division ," she shared on Instagram.
During the last few months, Anfisa upped her workouts and tightened her diet to prepare for the NPC West Coast Classic in Riverside, California. "You can find me either at the gym, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes," she shared in her Vlog .
Tbh her typical meals actually look delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, her plate is packed with protein and produce.

Cottage cheese w/ berries 2. Chocolate covered mini rice cakes 3. Jicama sticks This is not very different from what I've been eating before I started prep. I adjust the amounts of ingredients in each meal based on my macro goals for the day. If it's a day when I can have more carbs, I make more sweet potatoes/lentils/ or eat a couple more rice cakes. If it's a lower carb day, I do the opposite or switch higher-carb foods with something lower in carb. And some days when I'm too lazy to cook a whole meal I have a protein shake instead but most of the time I'm able to hit my macros without it. Throughout it all, the reality TV star has been open about struggling with her husband Jorge Nava's jail time, backlash for her new fitness regimen, and being her own worst critic.
Now that the big day is almost here, Anfisa has some relaxed goals. "I can't wait for it to be over," she shared in her vlog . "I'm already planning a cheat day."
