In her latest bikini post, Elizabeth models a gorgeous pink bikini (from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach collection, which was tagged in the Instagram). Her hair is in bouncy waves, her makeup is spot-on, and her abs are so toned.
Happy Valentines Day , she wrote simply in the caption.
People couldn't get enough 0f Liz's lewk in the comments. Wow, one fan wrote. That's the best Valentine in whole human kind ever, another said. Still a smoke show, one person chimed in. Naturally, there were enough fire emojis to burn down Instagram.
Elizabeth doesnt look that fit by accident, although her approach to health is a little more casual than youd think. She previously told Womens Health that her wellness secret is "making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities."
When it comes to working out, shes all about found fitness. On days when she's not called in to film a television show or movie, Elizabeth wakes up around 7:30 a.m. She walks over to her bathroom and begins to do squat reps while brushing her teeth. She says she keeps up the squats for "as long as it takes to brush my teeth in the morning." She repeats the same routine in the afternoon.
After eating breakfast, she takes a morning walk with her dogs, a Labrador named Hector and a cocker spaniel named Mia. Her 30-minute walks are "just fast enough to get my heart rate up," she explains.
"Fresh air frees you of all tension," Elizabeth addswhich is why you're more likely to see her getting her steps outside instead of on a treadmill. On the rare occasion she does "hit the gym," Elizabeth says that yoga and Pilates are an occasional part of her routine, but mostly when she's on vacation and has more time.
She also eats really, really well. Elizabeth said she likes to drink two mugs of warm water in the A.M., followed by Greek yogurt with a banana and honey. For lunch, she usually has a bowl of vegetable soup, and for dinner, she typically has grilled chicken with "lots and lots and lots of vegetables."
Just in case you needed more proof that eating right does a body good...
