- In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper extracted rows of blackheads from a man's forehead.
- The blackheads lined up along the wrinkles in his forehead, so the doctor called them "Old Town Road".
- Dr. Pimple Popper uses her comedone extractor to remove the blackheads.
A few bumps in the road can be expected, especially on hump day-especially if you're Dr. Pimple Popper.
For dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD's latest Instagram video, she clears away a bunch of blackheads from a man's forehead. Seriously, they seem to go on forever, and more appear each time the camera moves to another area of skin. Many of the blackheads line up in neat little rows along the wrinkles in her patient's forehead.
Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video: "An Old Town Road of #blackheads " (Clearly, she's up on her pop music.)

The video begins with Dr. Pimple Popper and her handy comedone extractor going to town on the blackheads. They're fairly well behaved (you know, for blackheads), and most pop right out when she puts pressure on them with her extractor. "There we go, nice and clean," she says. "Let's just clean those up."
Not all the blackheads are so predictable, though, and some don't release on Dr. Pimple Popper 's command (How dare they!). "Some of them are a little tough," she says. The doctor is unfazed and says she'll return for round two with a nick and more pressure with the comedone extractor. The video cuts out early, so you don't get to enjoy Dr. Pimple Popper 's second bout with the blackheads. "There's two there, I'm on a mission to get them."
However, she saves one super juicy pair of blackheads for the end of the video. She places a bit of pressure on each, and the mixture of oil and dead skin cells jets out in yellow columns. "It's a lot better already," she says. "That was a good one." I'd say that's mission accomplished.
