It's Friday and dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , has saved up her best pops to help her fans get through the week. In her office there's always something exciting going on, but her latest video is absolutely bursting with satisfying popping action.

In her new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper helps a patient with a surprising cyst. She is pretty darn excited about this pop and shares her enthusiasm in the caption: "Bursting at the seams just like this cyst, because guess what?! ITS FRIDAY! TAG your weekend buddies #drpimplepopper"

Why is Dr. Pimple Popper so excited? This cyst is attached to the back of her patient's earlobe and it does look like it is ready to burst wide open. All it needs is a little encouragement from Dr. Pimple Popper.

The video begins by showing off the cyst. The earlobe cyst is the same size as her thumbnail. (Yiiikes!) Dr. Pimple Popper isn't worried. She dives right in with her scalpel. One slice is all it takes for the cyst contents to start gushing out. There's truly a waterfall flowing out of her patient's ear. One fan commented, "Don't go chasing waterfalls ." Tbh this waterfall cyst walked right into Dr. Pimple Popper's office, she didn't chase anything.

Dr. Pimple Popper keeps it flowing by squeezing around the cyst. She's even impressed with all the liquid that pours out. She says, "Gosh you stored some stuff in there." Her fans at home agree. One Popaholic wrote, " Its crazy how much can actually be inside of a cyst!" It really is, and so satisfying to watch it all pour out.
