Don't worry, folks. All 24 minutes of popping action is very much intact. Dr. Pimple Popper dives in and follows her usual lipoma extraction procedure: slice and squeeze. The derm explains the background in the caption: "Our lovely patient today is from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta! She's certainly come to the right place to have a lipoma removed with the smallest scar possible. She'll be back to dancing the night away sooner than she thinks."

After all that, Dr. Pimple Popper finally got a hold of the whole lipoma. She trimmed it away and freed it from her patient's back. Her patient is still uncertain and asks, "Are you sure?"
