Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , is on it. Whether it's a stubborn cyst or a viral TikTok challenge, she is all over it. In her latest video, the beloved derm knocks out a pilar cyst and a TikTok challenge at the same time. Of course, she makes both look oh so easy and satisfying.

In this clip, the dermatologist takes on a dance challenge with a very special guest. When the patient came to see Dr. Pimple Popper , he worked as Megan Thee Stallion's stylist. The "Hot Girl Summer" singer also happens to be a Popaholic. She doesn't want to miss out on the fun, so her patient FaceTimes her in so Megan can watch the whole pop live. (What a guy!)

The dermatologist's assistants are a bit starstruck, but Dr. Pimple Popper is all business as usual. "Now it's a bump that's raised," Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient. She's suspicious of the bump, so she wastes no time in getting rid of it.
