In her latest Instagram video, the dermatologist helps a patient with a giant cyst that has grown on his forehead.

Dr. Pimple Popper shared her excitement in the caption: "Its the WEEKEND and were ready to POP OUT! Safely of course! TAG your Popaholic BFF to send them some Friday love! #drpimplepopper #finallyfriday" You all know she works super hard all week long, so no surprise about her weekend optimism.

She's waiting for the weekend and this massive cyst was waiting for her. Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient, "It was right on the surface and waiting." She slices ever so carefully across the top of the bump. It doesn't squirt at her, but some of the gunk oozes out. Then, she squeezes with her fingers and the whole cyst gives way.

Dr. Pimple Popper squeezed and a twirl of two-toned gunk streamed out. It built up on the surface of the skin before the dermatologist mopped it all up.
