Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper , is a dermatologist with many talents. Some are more obvious, hello pimple popping. Other skills have been hidden away for years, only to pop up when you least expect them.

One of those hidden talents reared its head today, as she shows her snake-charming skills. Yep, you heard that right Dr. Pimple Popper is a snake charmer.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper dabbled in snake charming amid her pop. It is impressive to say the least. She captioned the video: "This POP got me feeling like a Snake Charmer #cyst #charm #drpimplepopper"

The video jumps right in to Dr. Pimple Popper giving the lingering cyst a one-two punch. The dermatologist starts by punching the cyst with her punch biopsy tool. After opening the cyst, Dr. Pimple Popper drops the tool and uses only her fingers.

She gives the cyst a good squeeze and doesn't stop. The contents of the cyst burst out in a long, solid tube. Yep, it looks just like a snake. Her patient doesn't seem too charmed though, even though the cyst is all gone. (Ouch, that one looked painful!)

Who knew Dr. Pimple Popper could charm a cyst right out of a patient?
