• In her latest Instagram videos, Dr. Pimple Popper popped a huge hidrocystoma on a man's eyebrow and multiple buttery steatocystomas on a woman's forehead.
  • The eyebrow tumor contained what looked like black pearls.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper also popped her way through a ton of steatocystomas, but left many more for next time.

It's hard to surprisal the loyal viewers who have been watching dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper , for years. They've seen her pop all kinds of crazy lumps and bumps and listened to her diagnose mysterious growths. (Remember when she popped lobster meat out of a cyst ?)

Often she pops and diagnoses cysts, but not everything is a cyst. In Dr. Pimple Popper 's latest Youtube video, she extracts what everyone, even she, thinks is a cyst at first. However, she switches up her diagnosis when she gets a good look at the contents. Definitely keep your eyes wide open for this one.

The video begins with a zoomed in view of a mans eyebrow. You, and Dr. Pimple Popper , can clearly see the lump popping up in the hairs. Dr. Pimple Popper is leading the charge with her scalpel and fingers. Lurking inside, you can see a dark, pearl-like thing. Actually, there are two dark pearls stuffed under the skin.

That pearl is actually a hidrocystoma, which are "benign cyst tumors that are derived from sweat glands," according to Dr. Pimple Popper. "They commonly affect the eyelid, are usually asymptomatic, affect both males and females, and are most common in adults. There are two types of sweat glands, the eccrine and the apocrine... and the eccrine hidrocystomas tend to grow larger when exposed to heat."

It's no sweat for Dr. Pimple Popper, though. She dispatches both of the black pearls inside the hidrocystoma and stitches up her patient's eyebrow so it is good as new. One done, and Dr. Pimple Popper gets right to helping another patient.

In her next Youtube video, she clears away multiple steatocystomas from her patient's forehead. There are so many little bumps, they are absolutely covering her forehead. Some Popaholics may recognize this patient, she's affectionately known as Momma Squishy due to all of her steatocystomas.

Dr. Pimple Popper offers an intro to steatocystomas for her fans. "Steatocystoma Multiplex appear as multiple, uniform, yellow, cystic papules usually 2-6 mm diameter, located especially on upper anterior trunk, upper arms, axillae, and thighs," she wrote in the description.

In the Youtube video, the dermatologist takes care of steatocystomas on Momma Squishy's forehead, chest, and more. Fans were seriously impressed with these pops: "milkshakes oozing out."

This is just the beginning her story, and you'll have to wait for a new video to see what happens next. It's safe to say Dr. Pimple Popper has it all under control.
