Without even realizing it, youve probably accomplished a heck of a lot while on your period.

After all, your period comes every single month—and most of the time, you can't let it get in the way of your life. That means getting out of bed with cramps, working straight through that menstrual migraine, and simply functioning as the stellar human being you are amidst tampon changes and bloating.

That's why we wanted to celebrate all the things women do on their periods—both the ordinary and the extraordinary.

So Women's Health went to New York City's Bryant Park to ask women about the most memorable things they've done on their periods.

"We do so many things on our periods," one woman said. Another woman recalls going skydiving in the midst of her cycle: "I had no choice!" she said of not wanting to miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime during a trip abroad.
