Jenna Dewan Says She's 'Hooked' On Wrestling
  • Jenna Dewan shared her love for wrestling on The Ellen Show today.
  • Jenna told guest host John Cena that her boyfriend, Steve Kazee, got her "hooked" on professional wrestling.
  • The dancer and actress reportedly started dating Steve-who is "bursting with talent"-in October.

Jenna Dewan may have left World of Dance , but she's moved on-as a spectator, at least-to the World Wrestling Entertainment, a.k.a., the WWE. Seriously.

During an appearance this morning on The Ellen Show, hosted by WWE legend (and actor) John Cena, Jenna gushed about her newfound love for the sport-a gift from her new boyfriend, Steve Kazee.

"Steve, my boyfriend, is a huge wrestling fan, and he got me so into it," she said. "So into it that I watched WrestleMania by myself. Like, he wasnt even in town and I watched WrestleMania. Because I had to know if Becky Lynch was going to beat Ronda Rousey! I was by myself, I ordered it - which, by the way, I didn't need to order it but I ordered it - and I was sitting there, texting, like, 'did you know what's happening?'"

John replied, "This made my day." (Cue laughter from the audience, obviously.)

John then went on to explain how that particular night, the fight between Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey, was the first time in WWE history where women were able to be the main event. "Woo!" Jenna exclaimed, later adding, "I was hooked." (P.S. If you didn't watch the historic fight, Becky won.)

"It's been a male-focused industry for a long time, and there's been a huge paradigm shift in the past few years," John said. "Now we've got people like you watching." Jenna nodded: "Now you've got me, watching Wrestlemania on my own..."

As for more about the man who got Jenna into wrestling, her boyfriend Steve is a Tony Awardwinning actor and singer. The two started dating around October, People first reported, after Jenna split with longtime husband Channing Tatum last April.

"He's incredibly talented, one of the most talented people I've ever met," Jenna recently told WH in an exclusive interview , talking about Steve. "He's kind of one of those people that's annoyingly talented at everything. He's just made of talent-he's bursting with it."

A powerhouse of talent herself, when asked if she's introduced Steve to anything, particularly of the dance move variety, she said, playfully, "Do drunken tequila karaoke nights count?" Absolutely, Jenna.

Clearly, Jenna and Steve are having fun together and learning from each other-just the way a budding couple should be.
