On December 18, Scott officially announced the news on Facebook and said the new gig is "a dream."

Like, epic. Scott wore a plaid suit to the premiere of A Star Is Born, a pink velour outfit to the AMAs, and a bright yellow jacket to the Golden Globes. Pretty sure this means his World of Dance outfits are going to be next-level

In the meantime, take a look for yourself:

Last year, Scott was inducted into Pike High School in Indianapoliss Hall of Fame, a momentous occasion he shared in a sweet Facebook video . "Apparently, its a little different than a Lifetime Achievement Award," he joked in the caption.
