Woman beheads 4-year-old daughter
The suspect, Akosua Agyeiwaa was found on Sunday lying unconscious alongside her three-month old baby who was also unconscious.

The woman had attempted poisoning herself and the baby after slitting her 4-year-old daughter’s throat, the Assembly member for Ankaase Electoral Area, Charlon Mensah said in an interview.

The woman had allegedly burnt some clothes in her room. Many have so far begun wondering if the woman is suffering from a mental illness.

She is currently at the Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital receiving treatment. Her three-month old baby is at the same facility responding to treatment.
