"He Killed My Son, Punish Him" - Dead Boy's Mother Accuses

Mother of the boy who died in Bolgatanga Senior High School is blaming the house-master for the death of her son. She asks that the house-master accused, Thomas Apana be punished in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

In an interview with, Joy News, the lady referred to as Doris Afia says all she expected was justice for her son. According to the woman, she had earlier spoken to her son on Sunday and he complained of pains in his waist.

The lady continued that she advised the son to check up at a hospital and was devastated to hear that he had passed away on Monday.

The boy named, Emmanuel Bawa died Monday causing uproar and riots at the school which saw the assistant headmaster's car set to fire. Reports have it that currently five students have been arrested for vandalising school property.
