Agricultural Development Bank ADB extends its Saturday Banking services across the country

This will bring to a total of 55, the number of ADB branches offering Saturday Banking Services. These banks will be open from 9 am to 2pm on Saturdays.

The Agricultural Development Bank has extended its Saturday Banking service to forty-two more banks in all ten regions across the country, effective July, 1, 2016.

This will bring to a total of 56, the number of ADB branches offering Saturday Banking Services. These banks will be open from 9 am to 2pm on Saturdays.

According to management of ADB, this  is part of attempts to make the services of ADB more accessible, expedient and convenient to their cherished customers.

In a statement issued by the bank and copied to Pulse.com.gh, the list of the branches that will begin Saturday Banking are as follows:

Greater Accra: ADB House Makola , Tema Main , Tema Meridian, Achimota, Ridge, Spintex , Kokordze, Mankoadze , Osu , Tema East (Ashaiman) , Teshie and Accra New Town,

Northern region:  Tamale Aboabo, Yendi.

Western region: Agona Nkwanta , Takoradi, Sefwi Wiawso.

Brong-Ahafo Region: Sunyani , Berekum, Techiman, Dormaa Ahenkro.

Upper West: Wa, Upper East: Bolgatanga , Bawku ,Navrongo.

Branches in the other regions are , Central Region : Cape Coast , Assin Fosu , Mankessim,

Volta Region : Ho , Hohoe , Kpando , Denu,

Eastern Region: Nkawkaw , Suhum,

Ashanti Region: Kumasi Market , Bekwai , Obuasi , Prempeh II Street, New Edubiase and Ejisu (Sunday).

According to the Managing Director, Mr. Daniel Asiedu,  the expansion of the bank’s Saturday Banking Service is in response to “new business opportunities and the wish of management to satisfy the banks customers across the country”

“We want to ensure that both our existing and prospective customers enjoy the best banking services at all times hence our decision to increase the number from the present 13 to 55,” he said.

He further disclosed that from 4th July this year the bank has also extended its Monday-Friday opening time from

8:00am to 5:00pm.
