While the Volta Region topped the chart of most jobs created in the Agricultural sector, it was not enough to take it out of the regions with the  highest unemployment rate.

Industrial sector alone recorded a total of 2,340 unskilled jobs, while the Northern and the Upper West Regions recorded the highest number of unskilled job losses in the industrial sector.

The least number of industrial sector skilled jobs were created in the Upper West Region, while the Greater Region added a total of 420 new unskilled jobs.

The report added that the level of unskilled jobs in the services sector made up 5/4 of the total industrial jobs created in the period, while agriculture created more formal jobs than informal jobs.
