Food vendor wins GHS100k in Tigo promo

Linda Obuo, a resident of Agbogba in Accra, has won the first GHS100,000 at stake in Tigo’s Big Six promo dubbed “Wo suro aa wondi” promotion.

Linda who sells bank at the Madina market said she would invest the money in her building project.

Telecommunications network Tigo presented a cheque for GHS 100,000 to the food vendor at Madina.

She won the automatic prize after collecting all the images of the Big Six in Ghana’s political history, which are hidden behind the silver panel on Tigo recharge cards.

Meanwhile, tens of Tigo customers have also won various cash prizes and branded gift items since Tigo launched the 90-day promo.

In an interview with Pulse.com.gh, Chief Commercial Officer for Tigo, Tara Squire, said Tigo would continue to reward its customers.
