Investor, Sasware, is a technology and startup investment subsidiary of Signal Alliance, a Nigerian IT services provider.
According to TechCabal, the exact amount of funding which was exchanged for a minority stake in the company, was undisclosed.
The report further reveals that Medismarts’ founders, Obinna Osuji and Damilola Oni, plan to invest the funds directly into its medical cloud platform.
