Moving Higher GROUPE IDEAL plans international expansion by 2018

The President of Groupe Ideal, Dr. Nii Kotei Dzani said as part of efforts at achieving this goal, the company would be undertaking major acquisition and mergers this year in the areas of finance, media, and education.

Groupe Ideal, a business group in charge of a diverse portfolio of businesses, has announced plans to expand its operations and become an international player within and beyond the shores of Ghana.

The President of Groupe Ideal, Dr. Nii Kotei Dzani said as part of efforts at achieving this goal, the company would be undertaking major acquisition and mergers this year in the areas of finance, media, and education.

He was hopeful that the company’s long-term vision of becoming a world-class company playing in the international market would be attained as early as 2018, as the company is already holding talks with some entities.

Groupe Ideal currently operates in the areas of Investment Banking, Business Finance, Trade, Asset Management, Mining and Offshore Consultancy Services, Media, and Security Services.

The plan of the company is to establish a presence in Europe, particularly the United Kingdom and also expand into some African countries.

TV Africa, one of Groupe Ideal’s subsidiaries, would soon extend the broadcast of its programmes to some countries on the African continent to project African values, Dr Dzani said.

He said the company would continue to provide quality products to meet the needs of clients towards business growth.

The Electoral Commission recently declared Dr Dzani as the winner of the Greater Accra slot for the Council of State membership.

He had 20 votes while his closest contender Nene Atiapa polled 12. The rest of the candidates had no votes.

Dr Dzani has assured that he would bring on board his rich experience to enable him to provide wise counsel to the president.
