Vodafone X is a proposition designed by Vodafone and targeted at Ghanaian youth of all ages to empower them, supported by product offerings that give them the liberty to connect with things that excite them, Vodafone Ghana says.
In the past few days, however, customers on the service have been incensed over their call credits and data running out faster than the Vodafone X offering stipulates, leading to the hashtag #BringbackourVodafoneX on twitter on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Some of the customers were infuriated by the fact that Vodafone Ghana did not give them any warning about the change, that is if it indeed is a change in product offering.
Others also complained that the one month data subscription is now getting exhausted in a week.
Other customers threatened ditching Vodafone Ghana for their competitors.
