Parliament has summoned her to brief the House about how much the Commission made from the controversial accreditation fees it charged journalists who covered the 2016 general elections.

This was disclosed by the Majority leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu during the presentation of business for next week.

The EC boss is also expected to brief the house about how much the commission spent on the exercise to replace lost Voter ID Cards.

Charlotte Osei is currently being pressured by some workers of the Commission who have petitioned the president to investigate her for financial malfeasance and fraud and subsequently remove her from office.

She has since described the claims by the group of workers as baseless.

Meanwhile, the National Security Minister will also appear in Parliament next week to brief the House on the fight against terrorism and government's next move as far as the stay of two ex-Gitmo detainees in Ghana is concerned.
