Chris Brown is about to get in a custody battle with Nia Guzman over his daughter Royalty.

Royalty's mother Nia Guzman has filed legal documents in Houston requesting a judge to only allow Chris Brown supervised visits with his daughter. Guzman believes that Brown is irresponsible to take care of Royalty on his own.

Chris Brown is looking for joint custody and does not support the idea of supervised visitation rights. Guzman wants to be the primary custodian for Royalty. The judge has not ruled on the custody battle. Chris Brown offered to pay Nia Guzman $10,000 monthly for child support but she was demanding $15,000.
