Many Ghanaians on social media are asking why the speech delivered by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was leaked before he read it on the commemoration of Ghana’s 60th independence anniversary celebration.

The president read the speech at the Independence Square, on Monday, March 6, 2017.

Before President Akufo-Addo even arrived at the Independence Square where the ceremony was held, many had copies of his speech which he was yet to deliver.

Most people got access to the speech via social media, mainly through WhatsApp platform.
