UG student hooted at for wearing John Mahama t-shirt

The inscription on his shirt read, "John Mahama is fixing dumsor". He was rescued by Police and sent into protective custody before the wild crowd could lynch him.

 

A student of the University of Ghana was hooted at when he showed up at the vigil grounds wearing a shirt endorsing President John Mahama.

Clad in black with red arm bands,the thousands marched from their designated start point at the  Old Legon Gate amidst heavy police presence to their end point.

The inscription on his shirt read, "John Mahama is fixing dumsor".

He was rescued by Police and sent into protective custody before the wild crowd could lynch him.

Thousand of Ghanaians came out including David Oscar and Haruna Alidu (who was also nearly beaten up) to support Yvonne Nelson and other celebrities as the marched against erratic power supply.
