Investigations by Ghanabusinessnews.com indicate that Ghana’s topmost human resource consultant’s doctorate degree from the Pan African Bible Seminary (PABS) cannot be legitimate since the institution is not accredited by the Accreditations Board.

‘Dr' Hagan currently holds a PhD in Humanities from the Pan African Bible Seminary (PABS), and this is according to the information available on her profile and on her website, which she claims she acquired in 2011 or 2013.

But Ghanabusinessnews.com said that when it interacted with the resource expert, she could not readily disclose what her doctoral thesis was about. She rather explained that it was focused on the importance of marriage.

Meanwhile, the Vice-Chancellor of the PABS, Frederick Akakpo told Ghanabusinessnews.com that the institution ceased offering Humanitarian programmes in 2014 after being blacklisted by the accreditation board.

“The accreditation board has come out with some guidelines and that is what we are doing now. From that time they came out with that statement, we have held on our [Humanities] programmes," he is quoted as saying by Ghanabusinessnews.com.

"They said we are not accredited locally and if our institution wants to operate in Ghana, [we] have to go through the National Accreditation Board. So we have respected their regime and since they came out with that ruling, we are not working on that Humanities courses anymore. We are strictly working with our religious courses now.”
