6 Nayele's Alleged Accomplices Granted Bail, Including Alhaji Dawood

The six persons standing trial in the Nayele Ametepe cocaine saga have been granted bail by an Accra Circuit court. The presiding Judge, Justice Francis Obiri pegged the bail amount at GHC 100,000 with three sureties.

The six persons standing trial in the Nayele Ametepe cocaine saga have been granted bail by an Accra Circuit court.

The presiding Judge, Justice Francis Obiri pegged the bail amount at GHC 100,000 with three sureties. One being a public servant earning not less than GHC 100,000.

The accused persons are; Alhaji Mohammed Alamid Dawood, Nana Akua Amponsah and Sadalia Sandra Nuhu and three other officials of the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).

They were accused of aiding Ms Ametepe to transport 12.5 kilograms of cocaine to the United Kingdom.

The family and friends of the six accused persons expressed their appreciation to the judge for the ruling on the bill application.
