Martin Amidu withdraws suit against Woyome

In his oral application for withdrawal Martin Amidu cited the assurances by the Akuffo Addo led government and the new Attorney General to retrieve the money.

Martin Amidu in November 2016 went to the court where he was granted the permission to examine Alfred Woyome on why he had delayed paying the 51million cedis despite a court order to do so.
