Woyome's motion to stop Amidu from oral examination adjourned
The adjournment according to Justice Enin Yeboah is due to the late service of the application and also to give a fair hearing to all parties so no one will feel persecuted
According to the judge Justice Enin Yeboah, his decision was due to the late service of the application on both the Attorney General and Martin Amidu. He further added that he wanted to give a fair hearing to all parties so no one will feel persecuted as claimed by Woyome.
Woyome yesterday filed two processes, one seeking for a review of the ruling granting Amidu's request to examine him and second seeking to stay proceeding pending the determination of the review.
The processes today hindered the cross examination of Woyome by Amidu over the refund of the judgment debt paid him.
The case has been adjourned to December 1, 2016.
