I failed KABA – Kweku Baako

The Managing Editor of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Kweku Baako said he kept postponing KABA’s invitation for him to appear on his show ‘Eko si sen’ on Accra-based Asempa FM.

He said the death of KABA was shocking indicating that God is the only one who has explanations to the reasons for his sudden demise.

He wondered why younger people were dying when older people were still alive.

Speaking on Accra-based Peace FM, he said he kept postponing KABA’s invitation for him to appear on his show ‘Eko si sen’ on Accra-based Asempa FM.

“He calls me an absentee panellist; people didn’t understand why he often read my messages and so I had an arrangement with him to appear on his show and I kept postponing and so I failed him on that score…it’s very painful but God knows best…too young to go and it just doesn’t make sense.”

The 37-year old Multimedia Group broadcast journalist died on Saturday (November 18, 2017) at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

He left behind his parents, a wife and a daughter.
