A prison inmate has accused prison officers of aiding and abetting them to commit a crime while in custody.

"An inmate defrauded some and the prison officers escorted him to MTN office to withdraw the money. The prison officers are doing business with us," the prisoner in detention at the Ankaful Maximum Security Prison in the Central Region has said.
