Some angry graduates of the three Schools of Hygiene havepicketed at the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations following delays of government to post them after years of graduation.
Graduates picket Employment ministry over delay in postings
The said graduates embarked on a similar protest in October last year, but were asked to call it off after government's promise to address their concerns.

According to them, four batches from the Accra, Ho, and Tamale Schools of Hygiene are still at home with no work in spite of having successfully graduated from their respective schools.
But, the graduates say they are yet to get those promises fulfilled.
The graduates of the schools of hygiene are health officers trained to enforce laws on sanitation and educated the populace on measures to adopt to prevent diseases.
With the prevailing cholera outbreaks and other sanitation issues across the country, the graduates believe that such challenges will not be eradicated if they are not posted for employment.
