SDA church sack 8 members for using anointing oil
He said the conduct of these members have brought the church into disrepute hence the only option was to sack them from the church to serve as deterrent to others planning same.

They have been sacked for selling anointing oils to some unsuspecting members of the church as those oils haven't been sanctioned by the church.
Confirming the news to Accra based Adom FM, the President of the Mid-North Ghana Conference of SDA, Dr Amoh Kyeremeh said the use of anointing oil is not against their doctrines but when to use it.

He said the eight members include some leaders of the church who were found culpable in the trasngression.
“Some members in our church and some leaders have resorted to selling anointing oil to innocent people claiming that they will be protected from evil spirits if they use it", he added.
