The staff argue that the selection process for Dr Anaba's position has been breached.

They also argue that Dr Anaba is not qualified to be a Medical Director, adding that the hospital should not be left in the care of inexperienced people.

In an interview with Pulse.com.gh, Director General of the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Appiah Denkyira said the petition is currently being discussed.

"We assure them [aggrieved staff] that their concerns are being addressed", he added.
