The Director General in-charge of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), DCOP Bright Oduro, told the Daily Guide that the mobile phone -  an Iphone 6 – “was retrieved from the room of suspect Kwadwo Fofie at Diaso but he had bolted and is being wanted.”

Meanwhile, the police have launched a manhunt for the key suspect said to have fired at the soldier at Denkyira Obuasi on Monday May 29, 2017 before other residents attacked and killed him with cement blocks and clubs.

Yaw Amankwa, alias Bulla, is said to have used a double-barrelled gun he was wielding, while other residents rushed to buy petrol and set the body of the deceased ablaze.
